For this prestigious villa located in Beylikdüzü Kalyon Evleri, we realized a modern and sophisticated full renovation project that offers a unique living scenario on each floor. From the entrance hall to the living room, and from the kitchens to the private rooms, every space has been reinterpreted with custom-designed geometric marble floors and luxurious details that have become the signature of the project.
The ground floor living room was designed as a central space where modern comfort meets classic luxury. The modern fireplace clad in blue-grey veined marble positioned in one corner of the room becomes the focal point, while on the opposite wall, a custom-designed TV unit combining large-format ceramic panels and wood textures creates a cinematic atmosphere.
One of the most remarkable features of this villa is the presence of two separate kitchens serving two different living levels:
Main Kitchen: Matte anthracite cabinets extending up to the ceiling, an integrated built-in tower unit, and glass showcases present a refined and sophisticated design line.
Basement Kitchen: Designed with a more social and industrial touch, this kitchen combines wood and concrete-look surfaces, a spacious island, and black accents to create an enjoyable hobby area.
The private areas of the villa were customized according to each individual’s lifestyle:
Master Bedroom: A luxurious suite ambiance was created with a grand gold chandelier, wooden headboard panel, and textile wall coverings, offering hotel-like comfort.
Young Bedroom: Featuring a wall mural, a custom-designed study area, and a wardrobe system with black glass doors, this room embodies a dynamic and modern identity.
Bathrooms: Each bathroom was designed with a different concept. One features gold fixtures and patterned ceramics for a classic-modern elegance, while another showcases a black monolithic marble washbasin and industrial details, creating a bold design language.
