At Likit Architecture, we adopt the principle of adding not only aesthetics but also soul and functionality to living spaces. Our latest interior design project, completed at Beylikdüzü Prestige Marina, has taken its place in our portfolio as a masterpiece where modern lines are blended with classic details, featuring "special" touches in every frame.
In this project, while turning our client's dreams into reality with our professional touches, we meticulously crafted every detail—from the color palette to material selection, and from lighting design to furniture layout. Let's take a closer look at the details of this exclusive project together.
In the living room, the heart of the home, and the entryway that welcomes guests, we aimed to create a perception of "luxury" that is felt from the very first moment.
In our living room design, we combined deep navy blue velvet seating groups with gold details that elevate the energy of the space. The sconces placed within our wall molding (boiserie) applications and the geometric gold details on the ceiling added an atmosphere worthy of palaces.
The mirrored wall panels used in the dining area make the space appear wider and more spacious than it is, creating a visual feast through light refraction. The houndstooth patterned dining chairs symbolize the timeless harmony of the classic and the modern.
In the entryway, the mirrored coverings used in the ceiling design and the marble floors provide a sense of spaciousness as soon as you step through the door. With gold-framed full-length mirrors and a custom-designed console table (dresuar), the corridor has ceased to be merely a transition area and has taken on the air of an art gallery.
The kitchen is one of the most lived-in areas of a home where the most time is spent. In designing the kitchen for this project, we wanted it to be warm and inviting, yet equally stylish.
In the resting areas, calming colors and textures that help forget the day's fatigue were prioritized.
In the master bedroom, the grey fabric panels and gold strips used on the headboard bring hotel comfort together with home warmth. The smoked mirrors and crystal chandelier on both sides of the bed stand out as the most important elements completing the room's elegance.
We brought the peace of nature inside for the guest room. The emerald green panels used on the walls were enriched with gold frames. The stylish vanity table and relaxation corner placed in the room were designed to make guests feel special and comfortable.
In this special room that will accompany the homeowners' hobbies and moments of rest, we combined functionality with delightful details.
Every corner of the house is valuable to us. In our balcony design, we combined black-and-white patterned floor tiles with a vertical garden application and wooden textures, creating a breathing escape point within the city.
In the laundry and ironing room, by revitalizing the freshness of white cabinets with a turquoise wall color, we created an organized and clean area that makes housework more enjoyable.
