A comprehensive villa makeover that blends the warmth of natural stone, the elegance of wrought-iron details, and a soft, neutral palette. In Istanbul’s Guzelce district, we reimagined every space—from façades to interiors, from bathrooms to terraces—around a calm, durable, and contemporary way of living.
Our goal was year-round comfort, generous storage, and a serene atmosphere. We prioritized fluid circulation, balanced daylight, and material continuity. Living areas, bedrooms, and wet zones now belong to one coherent language while performing their functions with clarity.
A stone-clad central mass anchors the twin wings, while wrought-iron railings and arched eaves amplify Mediterranean references. The plaster finish is matte and understated; warm LED exterior lighting highlights the proportions at dusk. Thermal insulation and window–glazing specs were upgraded for energy efficiency.
Wide terraces along both wings gather dining and lounge setups on a single axis. Pendant accents, natural rattan and timber seating create an airy social strip for summer evenings. Local, low-maintenance species keep the garden green throughout the year.
The floating stair works with linear wall LEDs and tread spots to deliver shadow-free lighting. An indoor planting bed of stone and succulents adds rhythm and connects the floors visually.
Soft beige tones, a textile headboard, and organic luminaires build a tranquil sleep setting. In the wardrobe, black-framed glass doors with integrated LEDs showcase the selection and offer practical order. Timber flooring and open shelving extend the natural language.
Arched mirrors, brass-tone fittings, and textured surfaces balance modern and classic. Built-in niches and broad drawers increase storage; clear shower glazing and linear drains preserve spaciousness.
We turned the pitched roof into an advantage: a social room organized around a bar counter and seating islands. Shelf lighting, tactile worktops, and acoustically friendly textiles create a relaxed hobby–guest zone that opens to a sunset-ready terrace.
Satin wall textures, light oak tones, and stone surfaces give the project a warm, timeless character. Layered lighting—recessed spots, linear LEDs, and decorative fixtures—lets the scene shift effortlessly with the time of day.
MEP systems were renewed; insulation for thermal and acoustic comfort was reinforced. Built-ins use durable hinge/runner systems and moisture-resistant carcasses. Handover included maintenance guidelines and warranty coverage.
Guzelce Kozan Villa showcases our Mediterranean-calm, function-first approach to villa renovations across Istanbul—exterior–interior cohesion, high living quality, and long-lasting materials.
